Tsatsu uses his bike to transport firewood and his child, allowing him to participate in childcare while saving hours every day. He used to walk up to 4 hours every day.

Goodwin lives in Boakyesua, Ghana and is a cocoa farmer. His farm is 4.5 miles from his house. With his bike he will make the trip there in one-fourth the time as walking. Owning a bike also saves him the equivalent of $1.23 fare each time he goes to the market as it is too far to walk. Goodwin loves his bike, his independence, and the opportunity for a better life.
